Bashar Masud Musa
Bashar Masud Musa is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse range of experiences and qualifications. He holds a B.A. Degree in Business Studies from the University of East London, U.K. Prior to that, Bashar obtained a Diploma in Business Studies from the same university. He also holds a Certificate in English Enhancement from Malaysia.
Beyond his education, Bashar has held various positions of leadership and responsibility. He aspired to become a Member of the Federal House of Representatives for Sokoto Central Constituency in 2018, demonstrating his interest in public service and governance. Bashar is currently serving as the President of Cardinal Black-Diamond Group Ltd since 2016, overseeing its operations and strategic direction. Additionally, he holds the position of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in several companies, including Cardinal Black-Diamond Builders Ltd, Cardinal Brothers West Energy Ltd, Cardinal Best-Art Blueprints Ltd, Red Sapphire Dynamic Resources Nig. Ltd, Cardinal Brand Global Interconnect-Media Ltd, Al-Masud Integrated Farms Ltd, Al-Masud Transport Services Ltd, Al-Masud Oil and Gas Ltd, Aleena Petroleum Ltd, and Al-Masud Global Ltd. Through these roles, Bashar demonstrates his strong leadership skills and business acumen in various industries, including construction, energy, media, and agriculture.
Furthermore, Bashar has actively contributed to the political landscape as the Zonal Coordinator for the North West region in the APC Aspirants Forum since 2015. He has also served as a Special Assistant to the Honorable Minister of State for Foreign Affairs on Technical Aids Corps in Abuja from 2015 to 2016, showcasing his commitment to public service. With his extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, Bashar is dedicated to driving growth and success as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Aleena Petroleum Ltd since 2014.

Imonikhe Alufohai is an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience and is currently serving as the Managing Director of Aleena Petroleum. With his impressive academic background, including a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, he brings a strong foundation of knowledge and expertise to his role. Additionally, he has acquired certifications from renowned institutions such as the Harvard Business School for Sustainable Business Strategy and the University of Colorado Boulder for Project Management, further enhancing his skill set and understanding of industry best practices.
Imonikhe is also the Managing Director of Dauerhaft Nigeria, where he has successfully managed trade transactions exceeding $50 million. His ability to navigate complex trade processes, coupled with his astute business acumen, played a pivotal role in driving growth and profitability for the organization.
Imonikhe’s leadership abilities were further demonstrated through his instrumental role in establishing a strategic partnership with Penthol, a global player in base oil distribution. This collaboration has facilitated enhanced market access, expanded product offerings, and bolstered Aleena Petroleum’s competitive position within the industry.
Recognizing the urgent need for sustainable environmental practices, Imonikhe led a dynamic team of innovators to initiate the Nigeria Biogas Partnership Programme (NBPP). This transformative initiative is driven by the goal of designing a “restorative” and “regenerative” environmental management system in Nigeria. By harnessing the optimized production of biogas from food, agricultural, and other forms of waste, the NBPP aims to mitigate deforestation and propel Nigeria towards a greener and more circular economy. Imonikhe’s visionary approach and commitment to sustainability position Aleena Petroleum as a leader in environmental stewardship.

Jaggi Lakhiani

Jaggi Lakhiani is a highly skilled professional with a wealth of experience in strategic management, business development, sales and marketing, distribution management, and key account management. With a strong background in managing overall profitability and deploying resources strategically, Jaggi excels in building lean operations and reducing costs while increasing agility. He possesses a proven track record of achieving significant sales growth and developing powerful marketing programs that engage target audiences and align the company with market-leading brands.
Throughout his career, Jaggi has demonstrated expertise in distribution management, generating business from channel partners, and establishing strong client relationships for repeat business and long-term customer loyalty. He is skilled in identifying key accounts and implementing effective account plans to secure profitable business. Additionally, Jaggi is adept at mentoring and developing sales teams, fostering a dynamic environment that encourages high performance.
Jaggi’s professional journey includes serving as the Managing Director of Officextra Nigeria Limited since 2002, a company specializing in exotic stationery and furniture. In 2010, he partnered with RedStar Oil and Gas for the importation and distribution of Base Oil and Ago, establishing a network of distribution to major factories in Lagos. He has also been involved in downstream bulk imports and sales of AGO and base oils directly from the tank farm in Apapa.
Additionally, Jaggi ventured into local agricultural projects, particularly rice cultivation in Nigeria’s Benue state, and represents AGI EMEA, a Canadian-based company specializing in rice, grain, silos, and fertilizer blending plants.
Lakhiani serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Aleena Petroleum, a position he holds concurrently. As the CFO, he is responsible for overseeing financial operations, optimizing profitability, and ensuring effective utilization of resources.
Jaggi’s exceptional skills in financial management, coupled with his extensive industry experience, make him an invaluable asset to Aleena Petroleum’s leadership team. Sunmisola Roberts

Sunmisola Roberts
Sunmisola Oluwatoyin Roberts is a dedicated professional serving as the Executive Secretary for Aleena Petroleum. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in French from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, which she obtained in September 2018. With a strong educational background in French, Sunmisola brings valuable linguistic skills to her role, allowing her to effectively communicate and interact with international stakeholders.
Sunmisola’s professional journey includes diverse work experiences that have honed her skills in translation, interpretation, and administrative support. From September 2021 to September 2022, she worked as a Translator at the Nigerian French Language Village in Badagry, where she played a vital role in bridging the language gap between French and English. Additionally, she served as a Public Announcer at the Sir Ahmadu Bello International Airport in Birnin Kebbi from October 2018 to 2019. In this role, she efficiently conveyed essential flight information to passengers and handled announcements with professionalism and clarity.
Prior to joining Aleena Petroleum, Sunmisola worked as an Administrative Officer at the African Union in 2018-2019, where she gained experience in budgeting, report preparation, and document management. Her attention to detail and organizational skills were instrumental in maintaining an efficient filing system and updating company policies.
Sunmisola also served as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director/CEO at Cardinal Black Diamond Builders. In this role, she provided essential administrative support, managing schedules, planning travel arrangements, and assisting with daily time management.
With her diverse background and strong administrative capabilities, Sunmisola Oluwatoyin Roberts contributes to the efficient functioning of Aleena Petroleum. Ana Enebieni Ndem is a professional serving as the Head of Trading and Investment at Aleena Petroleum. With a wealth of experience and an educational background that includes an MPA in Human Resource Management from Lagos State University and a B.A. in Communication Arts/English from the University of Uyo, he brings a diverse range of skills to his role.
Throughout his career, Ana has held significant positions in both the public and private sectors. He served as the Director General of Job Centre in Abuja from 2016 to 2019, where he demonstrated strong leadership and management abilities. Prior to that, Ana served as the Executive Chairman of Biase Local Government Council from 2013 to 2015, where he successfully implemented various development initiatives.
In the banking sector, Ana has held notable roles at Fidelity Bank PLC and Intercontinental Bank Plc. At Fidelity Bank, he served as the Deputy Head of the Public Sector Business Group, contributing to the bank’s growth and success. During his tenure at Intercontinental Bank, Ana excelled as an Area Business Executive, managing relationships with key sectors such as legislature, tourism, Niger Delta, and political parties.
Ana’s experience in branch banking management is evident from his time as a Branch Manager at Intercontinental Bank’s National Assembly Branch. He demonstrated exceptional skills in driving marketing activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence within his team.
His previous positions at Equity Bank of Nigeria and United Bank for Africa further demonstrate his expertise in relationship management, credit packaging, and loan recovery.
Ana has continually pursued professional development, completing various courses in peak performance training, credit management, effective communication, and leadership development. He is a well-rounded individual with a passion for personal growth and continuous learning.
In his personal life, Ana enjoys engaging in hobbies such as table tennis, Scrabble, cooking, and traveling. As the Head of Trading and Investment, Ana Enebieni Ndem plays a pivotal role in driving Aleena Petroleum’s success in the industry.
